The price is the price.
The fixed quote covers the scope written in the statement of work. If Infinity Systems underestimated the effort, Infinity Systems absorbs the difference. The price changes only through a written change order that the client approves before the change is started.

Week-one exit.
After the first weekly demo the client may end the sprint. The client pays only the signing deposit, which covers the first week, and keeps everything built to that point, including the repository, the accounts created in the client’s name and the documentation.

Everything is yours from day one.
The repository, cloud account, model accounts, domains and documentation are created under the client’s organisation at kickoff. Infinity Systems works inside them with access the client grants and can revoke. There is no handover to negotiate and no lock-in.
Fix windows of 30, 60 or 90 days are part of each sprint's scope and are listed on the pricing page. They cover defects in what we built, as described in the statement of work.
Questions we get on the first call.
What does "in your name" mean for accounts?
The repository, the cloud account, the model API accounts and the domain are created under your organisation at kickoff. We work inside them with the access you grant. When we leave, you revoke our access. Nothing moves.
How is the fixed price protected?
The statement of work lists the scope. The price covers that scope. Our estimation errors are ours. Only a written change order you approve can change the price.
What is not covered by the guarantees?
Changes you make to the system after handover, third-party outages, and costs of your own accounts such as cloud or model usage. The fix window covers defects in what we built, as described in the statement of work.
