Terms

[Review by counsel before launch.] These terms cover the use of https://infinisys.ai. Engagements are governed by a statement of work signed by both parties, which includes the three guarantees published on the guarantees page.

Use of the site

The content on this site is provided for information. Prices and timelines are published ranges; the binding price and date for an engagement are the ones in the statement of work.

Engagements

• Builds are fixed-price sprints. The scope, price, end date, payment schedule and fix window are in the statement of work.
• Repository, cloud, model accounts, domains and documentation are created in the client's name at kickoff.
• After the first weekly demo the client may end the sprint, pay only the signing deposit, and keep everything built.
• Ongoing work is a monthly retainer with a three-month first term and 30 days of notice thereafter.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid under that engagement's statement of work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless the statement of work says otherwise.
