How the AI part works.

What the model does
The features where it helps your users, such as search that understands questions, drafting, recommendations or reading a photo or a document. The rest of the product does not need a model, and does not get one.
What it must not do
Guess silently. Every AI output shows its confidence or its source, and users can correct it.
How we test it
An evaluation set for each AI feature, run on every change, next to the usual automated tests for the app itself.
What it costs to run
Model and cloud usage run on your accounts and are measured per feature from the first week, so you can price your product on real numbers.

What this looks like

Your product works, or your idea is clear, and it now has to be a real product on people’s phones and in their browsers: with accounts, payments, notifications and an admin view, and with releases that do not break things.

A Platform Sprint builds that. One team, one codebase where it fits, the same product on iOS, Android and the web.

How the sprint goes

Scoping Review: five days, a written scope, the screens that matter, a risk list, a fixed quote.

Weeks one to four: accounts, the core screens on both platforms, the first builds on your test devices. Weekly demos. Week-one exit applies.

Weeks five to eight: payments, notifications, the admin console, AI features where they help.

Weeks nine to twelve, where needed: store submission, load testing, monitoring and the launch.

What you get at the end

A product live on the app stores and the web under your own accounts, monitoring in place, and 90 days of fixes.

Questions we get on the first call.

Native apps or one codebase?

One codebase for iOS and Android is the default, because it halves the work and the apps still feel native. If your product needs something only native code can do, we say so before quoting.

Who publishes the apps?

You do, under your own Apple and Google developer accounts. We prepare the builds, the store listings and the review submission, and we handle what the reviewers ask for.

We already have an MVP. Can you build on it?

Usually, yes. We review the code in the Scoping Review first. If it is a good base, we build on it; if it is not, we say so and quote the rebuild.

Is there a smaller option?

Yes. If you need a first version to test the market, an MVP is a Product Sprint from $25,000 in 4 to 8 weeks.
