Industry. Pattern we would build.

Logistics software that spots the delay before the customer calls.

Typical builds.

Data and compliance.

  • Driver and technician apps work with a weak signal and sync when the connection returns.
  • We connect to your transport management or ERP system through its API. If it has none, we say so on the first call and quote the workaround.
  • EU clients get EU hosting and a data processing agreement.

Would build

Dispatch, tracking and exception tools fall in the Feature to Platform Sprint range. We label these honestly: we have not shipped them for a client yet, and we quote them as new builds, not as copies.

Questions we get on the first call.

Have you built logistics software for a client?

Not yet, and we say so on this page. The field service dispatch system and the logistics control tower are sample builds, practice projects with no client, that show how we would approach them.

How are delays predicted?

With a classic model trained on your past trips, not a language model. It gives a time and a range, and it is checked every week against what really happened. A language model writes the short reason and drafts the message to the customer, and a person sends it.

Can customers see their own shipments?

Yes. A customer portal shows each customer only its own shipments, documents and exceptions. Access is enforced in the data layer, not only in the screens.
