[Review by counsel before launch.] This page explains what personal data Infinity Systems LLC ("we") collects on https://infinisys.ai, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

What we collect

• Contact form. Name, email, company, your message, budget band, timeline and any link you provide. We store it to reply and to prepare a quote, and for nothing else.
• Booking. When you book a call, the booking tool (cal.com) processes your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
• Analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not set cookies and do not store personal data. We see page views, referrers and aggregate device types.
• Spam protection. The contact form uses a challenge service that may process your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots.

Where data is stored

Form submissions are stored in our hosting provider's database and sent to our email. Hosting is on Cloudflare. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, or deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to processing. Email support@infinisys.ai. EU and UK residents have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR; we answer within 30 days.
