Industry. Pattern we would build.
Answers from your own policies, with the source next to every one.
Typical builds.
-
Policy questions with sources
Staff ask a question and get an answer drawn only from approved policies, with a link to each source paragraph. Questions without an answer in the policies are said to have none.
-
Contract review against a playbook
Each clause is compared with your playbook and marked as standard, different or missing, with the playbook text next to it. A lawyer decides.
-
A compliance document platform
Policy search, contract review and document intake in one platform, with roles, approvals and a log of every answer and action.
Data and compliance.
- Answers come only from documents you approve. An answer without a source is not shown.
- Every question, answer and action is logged with the user and the documents used.
- EU clients get EU hosting and a data processing agreement.
Would build
Policy search, contract review and compliance platforms fall in the Feature to Platform Sprint range. We label these honestly: we have not shipped them for a client yet, and we quote them as new builds, not as copies.

Questions we get on the first call.
Have you built legal or compliance software for a client?
Not yet, and we say so on this page. The compliance document platform is a sample build, a practice project with no client, that shows how we would approach it.
How do you stop the model from making things up?
The model may answer only from the approved documents it is given, and must cite them. Answers without a source are not shown, and the evaluation set includes questions the documents cannot answer, to check that the system says so.
Does the software give legal advice?
No. It finds, compares and summarises your own documents. The decisions stay with your lawyers and compliance staff.
