Is the software HIPAA compliant?
We build HIPAA-aware systems, with access control, audit logs, encryption and data kept on your accounts. A vendor that handles protected health information is a business associate under HIPAA, so we sign a business associate agreement with you before any patient data enters the system. Your compliance lead decides what else the system needs.
Will the AI give medical advice?
No. The systems we build sort, summarise and draft. Anything that touches a clinical decision is shown to a member of your staff, who decides.
