How the AI part works.

What the model does
If your product's core is something a model can do well, such as reading documents, matching people, drafting text or answering questions over your data, we build that first and build the product around it. If it is not, the MVP has no AI in it, and that is fine.
What it must not do
Guess silently. Every AI output in the product shows its confidence or its source, and the product has a path for a person to correct it.
How we test it
An evaluation set from day one, run on every change. You see the accuracy curve move during the sprint, not after launch.
What it costs to run
Model and cloud usage run on your accounts. We measure cost per request from the first week, so pricing your product is based on numbers, not hope.

What this looks like

You have a product idea and you need it in front of real users: with accounts, payments and an admin view, and on a date.

A Product Sprint is that. The one feature your product is for, built and measured first. The product around it, built on a stack we have shipped before. Everything in your name.

How the sprint goes

Week one: scope in writing, accounts created under your organisation, the core feature working on your data. First weekly demo. You can stop here and keep the work.

Weeks two to five: the product takes shape screen by screen, with a weekly demo and a visible “next” list for every idea we park.

Weeks six to eight: production deploy, payments live, monitoring, onboarding docs, a launch review where the “next” list becomes your first roadmap.

What you get at the end

A product in production on your own accounts, its core feature measured, and 60 days of fixes.

Questions we get on the first call.

Is 4 to 8 weeks enough for a real MVP?

For a focused product, yes. The sprint has one core feature, up to four roles, payments and admin. What it does not have is a second product idea. We cut scope on the first call, in writing, and the quote reflects it.

Do I need a designer?

A designer joins the sprint for one to two weeks for the product's key screens and a small design system. It is in the price.

Should I start with a proof of concept?

If the core of the product is uncertain, for example whether a model can read your documents well enough, yes. A proof of concept answers that in 2 to 4 weeks, before you pay for a full product.

Can you take over after launch?

Yes. Most clients continue on a Continuous Build retainer with the same people, a weekly release and a roadmap call. It starts while the fix window is still open.
