What each one sells

An agency sells capacity: a team, a project manager and a method, billed by the hour. You buy time and hope the time adds up to the outcome. We sell the outcome. The scope, the price and the date are written down before work starts, and the work is done by AI coding agents under the review of one senior engineer.

Where the difference shows

It shows in the quote. An agency quote is a rate times an estimate, and the total is known at the end. Ours is one number. It shows again in who you talk to: in an agency you rarely talk to the people writing the code; with us you talk to the person who reviews every change.

Agency rates are from the Clutch software development pricing guide, 2026.

When not to pick us

If your programme needs many people for a long time, an agency is the right shape. If you cannot write the scope down yet, buy a few hours of advisory first, ours or anyone’s.
